Un percorso tra terra e cielo per conoscere da vicino i mitici aerei che solcano i cieli di tutto il mondo. Guidati da un responsabile dell’Aeronautica Militare e da una hostess, ci si potrĂ immergere nell’emozionante atmosfera della base aerea di Rivolto, centro logistico e punto di partenza delle esibizioni in cielo della Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale. Un’esperienza esclusiva, scoprendo i segreti dei velivoli e la quotidianitĂ dei piloti, con proiezione di filmati e la descrizione delle straordinarie evoluzioni della Pattuglia. Si potrĂ ammirare da vicino un vero Aermacchi MB339, il velivolo usato attualmente dai piloti.

Esposizione collettiva delle migliori foto del concorso fotografico Trieste – La cittĂ e il territorio 2011, organizzato dall’associazione culturale dotART con il contributo della Provincia di Trieste. Il contest, giunto alla sua seconda edizione, ha visto 350 foto in gara per quasi 100 partecipanti da tutta Italia: Trieste e provincia in gran parte, ma anche Venezia, Milano, Torino, Bologna, Roma, finanche Russia e Portogallo.

The event is a journey of discovery both on land and in the air, offering you the chance to get know these legendary planes which navigate the skies across the world. Your guides, an Air Force Official and a civilian guide, will help you get the most from the exciting atmosphere at the Rivolto Aerobase. The base itself is the logistical home of the National Aerobatic Patrol and is the take-off point for the their displays. This unique experience offers you the chance to discover the secrets of these aircraft and the daily lives of their pilots, with films and accounts of the extraordinary evolution of the Patrol. A further treat comes in the form of an up close encounter with the Aermacchi MB339, the aircraft currently used by the pilots.

Opening of the Photographic Exhibition “Trieste – La città e il territorio 2011” (“Trieste – City and Surroundings 2011”)
Monday the 19th of March at 7.00 p.m., Aqvedotto Caffè, Trieste
This exhibition is a collection of the best photos from the photography competition Trieste – La città e il territorio 2011, organized by the cultural association dotART, with input from the Province of Trieste. The competition, in its second edition, saw over 350 photos entered by almost 100 photographers from all over Italy: Trieste and the Province of Trieste for the most part, but also from Venice, Turin, Bologna and Rome. There were even photographers from Russia and Portugal participating in the competition.
